What Polywood’s 20-year Limited Warranty DOES Cover

Unlike other furniture warranties, including those for outdoor wood or metal furniture, the Polywood furniture warranty ensures that the furniture pieces you purchase from us last a minimum of 20 years. The 20-year limited warranty covers nearly every type of damage that is typical for residentially used outdoor furniture! (Commercially used furniture is covered under same limited warranty for one year). We promise total repair or replacement for pieces that chip, crack, splinter, rot, peel or are damaged by insect infestation. That’s how confident we are in the quality of our Polywood furniture!

So what makes Polywood furniture so durable and long-lasting? The secret is in the design. All Polywood pieces are made of high-density polyethylene, derived from recycled plastic milk and laundry detergent jugs. Of course, there’s a bit of expert engineering that goes into it, but that’s our secret! It’s this sustainably-made material that has proven to be the longest lasting and that’s why we can confidently cover Polywood pieces for 20 years!

What Polywood’s 20-year Limited Warranty DOES NOT Cover

The “limited” part of our warranty is fair and reasonable. We simply cannot offer repairs or replacements through warranty for furniture or frames that are not made of the POLYWOOD® brand high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material. That includes materials made of metal, wood, fabric or any hardware necessary for assembly.
